Return and Refund Policy

Bag Envy accepts returns if requested within 3 days of delivery and Bag Envy tag is still attached.  A refund will be issued to original form of payment with shipping costs and 10% restocking fee deducted, or as store credit with shipping costs and 5% restocking fee deducted.  Items should be carefully packaged in same condition with chain placed inside of the item and shipped within 1 week to:
