Return Policy
Bag Envy accepts returns if requested and shipped back within 7 days of delivery with Bag Envy tag still attached.
A refund will be issued to original form of payment with shipping costs and 10% restocking fee deducted, or as store credit with shipping costs and 5% restocking fee deducted.
Items should be carefully packaged in same fashion as shipped, with chain placed inside of the item to prevent damage.
In Store purchases are final sale.
